Utilising and learning sewing skills to work with fabric, fibre and textiles to create items both functional and decorative pieces which includes quilts and other items. Using colour combinations and creative pattern and design, we use both sewing machine and hand sewing to make and complete our works. Our group meets and encourages social interactions, sharing of knowledge and resources. We pride ourselves in the work we do for our community.

The Patchwork Group hold a Quilt Show in early July every second year, (the odd numbers,) where we showcase and sell our works.
We also participate in the Christmas and Easter Fairs that are held at the Cottage each year
The patchwork group meets on Wednesday afternoon 12.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and Thursday nights 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
